Welcome + How to Use This Guide

Read this first before you fill in anything

What This Challenge Is

Five days of live training to help you understand what GHL can actually do for your business, audit what you are currently using, and walk away with a clear build plan. You will not have everything built by Friday — but you will know exactly what to build first and why.

What It Is Not

A crash course in coding. A reason to cancel everything and start over. A magic fix. GHL is a tool — and like any tool, it only works if you know how to use it and have a plan before you pick it up.

The One Mindset Shift to Make Before Day 1

You did not build wrong. You outgrew your structure.

Every tool you are using made sense when you chose it. The problem is not that you made bad decisions — it is that your business grew and the infrastructure did not grow with it. This week we are not here to judge the stack you built. We are here to help you build the next one on purpose.

How to Get the Most Out of 5 Days
Do this
  • ✓  Show up live every day
  • ✓  Fill this workbook in during the session
  • ✓  Post your homework in the community
  • ✓  Ask questions in real time
  • ✓  One tab open: GHL. One tab open: this.
Avoid this
  • ✕  Watching the replay and skipping ahead
  • ✕  Building before you have a plan
  • ✕  Canceling tools before GHL is ready
  • ✕  Trying to do all 5 days in one sitting
  • ✕  Consuming without doing the work

Day 1 — Monday with Jess

Business Vision, AI Landscape & Tech Audit

Today we paint the full picture of what is possible when your business runs on connected systems — then audit exactly where you are right now. What kind of tools you are using, how much it is costing you, and what to do first.

Your answers save automatically as you type — close this tab and come back anytime.
01

Map What Is Actually Happening

Answer these 7 questions first — honestly. They reveal how your business is actually running right now.

Question 1 of 7 — How They Find You

How do people actually find you right now?

Not “social media.” Which platform, which action, which type of post or ad is driving it?
Question 2 of 7 — How They Reach Out

When they are interested — where do they go?

How many places are you checking for that message right now? List all of them.
Question 3 of 7 — How Nurture Happens

Is follow-up in your business intentional or accidental?

This one is supposed to be uncomfortable.
Question 4 of 7 — How They Pay

How do people pay you — and what do you do manually the second they do?

Question 5 of 7 — How Delivery Happens

How does your client receive what they paid for?

Question 6 of 7 — After the Sale

What happens after someone buys?

Or does the client experience live mostly in your head?
Question 7 of 7 — The Big One

If a lead came in right now — how many tools would you have to touch to close them?

List every step in order. This is your real consolidation score.
Total tools touched:
💡

Your Question 7 number is your consolidation score. Every extra tool is a gap. GHL exists to collapse that number — not by removing features from your business, but by housing them all in one place.

Before You Start Canceling Things

Jess’s rule: audit first, rebuild next, migrate in order, pause before you cancel

Do NOT:

  • Cancel everything tonight
  • Move everything at once
  • Rebuild with no plan
  • Skip testing before canceling
  • Add more moving pieces right now

DO:

  • Know what you audited (done)
  • Build one system first
  • Migrate in phases
  • Pause, then cancel after testing
  • Stop building until it works

Day 2 — Your Day 2 Workbook

No Leads Left Behind

You already earned the leads. Today we stop losing them.

Your answers save automatically as you type — close this tab and come back anytime.
How to Use This

Five pages. Same order as today's session.

You are going to score how your business answers the four questions every buyer asks, map how leads reach you right now, lay your business over the four pillars of a journey, find your three leak points, and pick the one you close first.

Do not aim for perfect. Aim for honest. The messy first pass is the one that shows you where the money is slipping out.

By the last page you'll have one clear next move. Bring that move to Day 5. That's the day we build it.

One reminder before you start. Nothing on these pages means you're behind. You've been running this journey the whole time, in your head, on your busiest days. Today we get it out of your head and onto paper, so the system can carry it instead of you.

01

The 4 Silent Questions Scorecard

Before anyone buys from you, she answers four questions. Quietly. In order. Skip one and she stalls.

Score how well your front end answers each one right now. 1 means she's guessing. 5 means she's clear.

Block 1 — Do I get it? (Clarity)

Can she explain what you do in one sentence after one look?

Score:
Block 2 — Do I trust you? (Trust)

Does she hear from you consistently, on time, without you chasing?

Score:
Block 3 — Is this for me? (Fit)

Does your message make her think "that's me," or could it be anyone?

Score:
Block 4 — Why now? (Momentum)

Is there a reason for her to move in the first 24 to 48 hours, or does "later" win?

Score:

Your lowest score is the question your leads are stalling on. Circle it.

02

Map How Leads Reach You

This is the ground truth. You can't fix a leak you can't see.

Every way a lead reaches you right now. Where that conversation lives. What happens next.

How the lead reaches youWhere the conversation livesWhat happens nextAutomatic, or me remembering?
Instagram DMMy phone inboxI reply when I see itMe remembering

Look down the last column. Every "me remembering" is a leak waiting to happen.

03

Plot Your Journey Across the Four Pillars

Four questions in her head. Four pillars in your business. Same thing from two sides.

Drop your real assets and actions under each pillar. The funnel, the emails, the welcome, the calls, the content. Put each one where it belongs.

Pillar 1 — Orientation
answers: Do I get it?
Pillar 2 — Trust
answers: Do I trust you?
Pillar 3 — Decision Support
answers: Is this for me? Why now?
Pillar 4 — Momentum
keeps her warm until she's ready

The pillar with the fewest lines is your thinnest wall. That's where she's walking out.

04

Find Your Three Leaks

Three places the journey breaks for almost everyone

Fill in what happens now, what should happen, and whether it runs on its own.

Leak 1 — Right after she opts in
Automated?
Leak 2 — Right after she shows interest
Automated?
Leak 3 — Right after she says no
Automated?

Every "No" you circled is a leak with your name on it. That's not a knock. That's your build list.

05

The One Leak You Close First

You don't fix all of this at once. Small tweaks, not overhauls. You pick one.

Look back at your lowest question, your thinnest pillar, and your "No" boxes. One of them is costing you more than the rest.

Why

Why it's costing me the most right now

The Fix

What "fixed" looks like, in one sentence

This is the move you bring to Day 5. When we build the 14-Point Conversion Impact System, this is the leak you close first. Write it big. Say it out loud.

06

The 14-Touch Conversion Impact System

The sample cadence — this is what we build on Day 5. Swap [link], offer name, and proof stories for your business.

SocialSync™ — Leads From Your Comments

Your built-in ManyChat, living right inside GHL. Someone comments a keyword on your post, and a whole automated conversation takes over from there. Today you learn how it works and map your first one.

Your answers save automatically as you type — close this tab and come back anytime.
01

What SocialSync Is

The machine behind “comment the word below”

The Big Idea

You have seen this a hundred times. Someone posts a reel and says “comment the word SCHOOL and I will send you the link.” Hundreds of comments appear, and every single person gets a DM within seconds. That is not a VA typing fast. That is keyword automation.

Most people pay for ManyChat to do this. SocialSync does everything ManyChat does, already inside your GHL — no extra subscription, no exporting your leads from one tool and importing them into another. The lead comments, gets the DM, drops her email, and lands directly in your CRM with a tag, in one motion.

The One Rule That Makes or Breaks It

Your first DM has to get a reply.

Meta gives you a short window after someone interacts with you — roughly 24 to 48 hours. Inside that window you can DM them. After that, the door closes unless they reply to you first. A reply opens the conversation and keeps it open. That is why the first DM is built around one tiny ask: tap YES. One tap, and now you can follow up, deliver, and nurture.

Check Your Understanding

In your own words — why does the first DM ask for a YES instead of just dropping the link?

02

How the Build Works

The anatomy of one SocialSync automation, start to finish

The Flow — What Happens at Each Step
1
She comments your keyword
On the post or reel you told her to. The keyword is the trigger — the moment she types it, the automation wakes up.
2
A public comment reply goes back
Something like “Just sent it, check your DMs!” You load 4 versions and the system rotates them so Meta does not flag you for posting the identical reply 400 times.
3
The initial DM lands — with a YES button
The permission ask. One tap on the quick reply button counts as a reply, which opens the Meta window and lets the rest of the sequence fire.
4
She taps YES → you ask for her best email
This is where a follower becomes a lead. Her email goes straight onto her contact card in your CRM, tagged with the keyword that brought her in.
5
Delivery + the SMS upsell
The thing she asked for hits her inbox automatically. Then one more ask: want my best tips by text too? Now you have email AND phone — two ways to reach her forever.
6
Timed follow-ups catch the ones who stall
3 minutes later. 2 hours later. Next day. Following day. Each follow-up only sends if she has not finished the step — the system checks, so nobody gets a message they should not.
Where This Fits Your Business

What could YOU deliver through a keyword automation?

A freebie, a guide, a link to register, a discount code, a video — what do people already ask you for over and over?
Which Post

Which post or reel would you attach your first keyword to?

Your best performer, or the next one you already have planned.

The Mental Model

GHL is not another tool. It is the hub.

A lead fills out a form → she is in your CRM → an automated text fires → she books a call → she buys → she gets onboarded, her contract fires, her course opens. Every touchpoint, one system, all visible. Nothing you check today is a maybe — it is all sitting inside the account you already have.

Your 90-Day Game Plan

The closing session — the game plan, the decision, the next step. You saw what is possible this week. Now we map exactly what you build, in what order, and why.

Your answers save automatically as you type — close this tab and come back anytime.
The Honest Truth

This is a 6-month build — and the first 90 days is the most critical part.

Not because it is hard. Because it is layered. You cannot build the roof before you pour the foundation. You cannot automate a process you have not designed. You cannot trust a system you do not understand. And you cannot scale infrastructure that is not stable.

Speed without sequence is how you end up with a system you do not trust. Sequence is what creates a machine.

Phase 1 · Months 1–3
Foundation
Build the hub. Connect the core. Stop the leaks.
Phase 2 · Months 3–5
Growth Engine
Automate follow-up. Convert consistently. Build the launch machine.
Phase 3 · Months 5–6

Add AI. Lead the team. Step into CEO.

The thing I realized I’ve been doing manually that doesn’t have to be:

Then vs. Now

How I feel about GHL right now vs. Monday:

Your 90-Day GHL Game Plan

Based on the recommended build order: Communication → Lead Capture → CRM → Automations → Delivery

Days 1–30: Foundation

What I’m building in Month 1

The question you answer in the first 30 days: does your business have one home? One CRM. One pipeline. One inbox. One source of truth — every lead out of your phone, your DMs, your spreadsheets, and into one place. Tagged. Tracked. No manual entry.

Days 31–60: Conversion

What I’m adding in Month 2

Now we wire the two systems that directly make and protect money. Communication: every lead source flowing into one inbox, automated response live, follow-up sequences built. Revenue: booking automated, payments inside GHL, pipeline updating in real time. At Day 60 you have rails.

Days 61–90: Scale

What I’m adding in Month 3

This is where your business goes from running — to running itself. Delivery: onboarding fires while you sleep, access granted automatically, offboarding designed. Data: your first real dashboard — conversion rates and revenue as numbers, not feelings. Weekly reports that come to you. At Day 90 you have a business, not a job you created for yourself.

The Next 24 Hours

What is the ONE thing you’re doing in the next 24 hours?

Not a list. One thing. Specific. Actionable.

Today’s Homework

One step

Step 01
Revisit the Leak Calculator
Go back to your leak calculator with everything you now know. Your lowest silent question, your thinnest pillar, your “me remembering” count — run the numbers again and see what closing that first leak is actually worth to your business.
